TARGET GROUP: 8 years and older
DURATION: 40 minutes

An Explosive Cultural Encounter
A Danish/Brazilian co-production about how we crash, created in a sparkling co-work. The question is: How do we encounter each other, and what happens when we do? - In love and in society.

In CRASH seven top talented male dancers meet across national boundaries in a performance about cultural encounters, mutual understanding and collisions. CRASH is physical theater and urban contemporary dance choreographed by Stephanie Thomasen.

The encounter between the two companies became a very special one. The chemistry was there from the beginning and together they created a performance which radiates the love and respect that was born in the co-work.

Universal Themes
CRASH is a poetic and humorous performance filled with organic movement and power which creates recognition in both children and adults who grow up in multi-ethnic urban environments - whether or not you are from the suburban ghettos of Brazil, the Northwest quarter of Copenhagen or a third place.

CRASH premiered in 2017
